"This is a word of thanks and appreciation to Tammy Hoover. We had an unfortunate situation where my wife’s parents both had a precipitous decline requiring nursing home placement, only to find that their record-keeping and organization of records had been non-existent. We found drawers and boxes full of bills, policies, receipts, bank records, etc., all stuffed together with no discernable order. They had not participated in any estate planning, other than a Power of Attorney document.
Tammy did a superb job helping us sort the ‘wheat from the chaff’, working as a liaison between us and the banks and various agencies. She was prompt, thorough, and efficient. Tammy guided us step-by-step through an excruciating process that we would never have been able to negotiate on our own and will be forever grateful for her knowledge and assistance. Tammy was consistently professional, always approachable, gracious, and friendly with us. We would recommend her in a heartbeat."

"Words cannot express our gratitude for everything you did for us.
Tammy was very supportive and helped guide us through this unknown journey. Her patience with us and the siblings was much appreciated. No matter what the subject, Tammy's knowledge helped us make the correct decisions.
We are truly grateful for all of your help."
All the best, F. and D.
"I met Tammy at my church, one Monday evening, through one of their Caregivers Classes they'd offered. Being the very first class that I'd attended, I was nervous not knowing what or whom to expect. Tammy was the designated speaker that evening, and immediately greeted me with a warm smile with kind, welcoming words that put me at ease. The class was super informative on taking care of the Aging generation (my Mom has dementia) with tips on what to expect and the steps to take to get things in order.
After the meeting was over, I took one of her business cards and called her later that week with questions. She was reassuring, sweet, and very schooled in the process that would begin the journey of taking care of my Mom's business- both emotionally and financially. She has become a friend, and I honestly don't know where my siblings and I would be in all of this craziness, without her guidance. I'd highly recommend Tammy both personally AND professionally!"
